Web Design & Development
I provide cost-effective Web Design & Development services focused on usability, accessibility and Web standards.
My primary areas of expertise are front-end development, with technologies such as XHTML, CSS and Javascript, plus back-end development primarily utilising the Ruby frameworks Ruby on Rails and Merb.
With Project / Program Management experience covering highly technical and complex implementations, and budget management experience of up to $1.4 million, I provide an experienced, professional, flexible and low cost alternative to large agencies.
